1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the Ascend Models (“Ascend”, “we”, “us” or “our”) website and its casting and booking inquiry, model application, favourites and composite-card features. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If a separate engagement, appearance, casting or representation agreement contains different terms, that agreement takes priority for its subject matter.

2. Site information and inquiries

Model details, measurements, profiles, availability and materials are provided for general reference. We do not guarantee that they are always current or complete, or that a model is available or suitable for a particular assignment. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking, engagement, exclusivity hold or fee agreement. A booking is confirmed only through our written confirmation and any required separate agreement.

3. Model applications

  • Applicants confirm that submitted information is accurate and that they have the rights and permissions needed to provide application photographs and other material for our review.

  • A minor must involve a guardian and obtain any appropriate guardian review and consent before applying.

  • Receipt, review or acknowledgement of an application does not guarantee representation, work, payment, an interview or acceptance.

  • We may stop reviewing an application that is false, incomplete, inappropriate or reasonably appears to infringe another person’s rights.

4. Intellectual property and likeness rights

Text, photographs, model likenesses, video, logos, design, composite cards and other site materials are protected by copyright, trade mark, likeness, publicity and other rights owned by Ascend, models, photographers or other rights holders. Except to the extent we expressly provide material for casting consideration, you may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, display, alter, compile into a dataset, use for AI training or generation, or otherwise reuse it without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Breaking the law, public order or another person’s rights.

  • Submitting false information, impersonating another person, harassing anyone, or making discriminatory, exploitative or unlawful solicitations.

  • Attempting unauthorized access, probing for vulnerabilities, transmitting malware, placing excessive load on the site or otherwise interfering with its security or operation.

  • Harvesting personal information, unauthorized scraping, identifying private contact details, sending unwanted communications, or attempting inappropriate direct contact with models or staff.

  • Using the site or its materials in a misleading, unauthorized commercial or reputation-damaging way.

6. External services and links

The site may contain external services such as Google Maps and links to third-party sites. We do not operate those services and do not guarantee their content, availability or data practices. Review the provider’s terms and privacy policy before using an external service.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, faults, business needs or other operational reasons. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Warranties and liability

We operate the site with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from harmful components. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, or lost profits, arising from use or inability to use the site, except where caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence or where mandatory consumer or other law does not permit the exclusion. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the service or applicable law changes. We will present material changes clearly on the site. Continued use after the revised terms take effect is governed by the revised terms.

10. Governing law and contact
